WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE AN ORDER?

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

You will then receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. All orders are currently shipped by Royal Mail.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If Badlands Studio determines that any products are not in original condition a credit note, exchange or refund will not be granted and the items will be shipped back to you.

To initiate a return or an exchange please e-mail our returns team.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges, please refund item and purchase the correct item needed.
