Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after it has been placed. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail.

Badlands Studio is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and major holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. 

Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

When importing items to outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
